I'm Rizwan Shoaib, and I build and maintain this site on my own — the articles, the free tools, and the code behind them. I work with SharePoint Online, the SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Graph API, and most of what gets written here comes out of problems I hit doing that work.

What I'm glad to hear about

• Corrections. The most useful message you can send. Microsoft 365 moves quickly and guides go stale — if something here is wrong, outdated, or no longer matches what you see in your tenant, please tell me which article and what you observed.
• Bugs in the tools. The generators and builders run entirely in your browser, so a fault is usually reproducible. Telling me the input you used and the browser you were in is normally enough for me to find it.
• Tool requests.Most of the tools here started as something I wanted while working on something else. If you keep doing a fiddly SharePoint or Graph task by hand, it's worth asking.
• Article suggestions. Particularly for problems with plenty of forum threads and no clear write-up.
• Consulting and collaboration. SPFx development, Power Platform work, and SharePoint migration or governance questions.

What to expect

This is a side project run around a full-time job, so replies take a few days rather than a few hours, and I'm in the Gulf Standard Timezone (UTC+3). I read everything. I don't always reply to messages that are only a link exchange or guest-post pitch.
